Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial first
Your first paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If your plan ends, your account is locked: your stores stay saved for 30 days but can't be searched or updated. Renew within 30 days to pick up where you left off; after that they're deleted. Moving to a smaller plan removes your stores if you have more than it allows. After that your account continues on the Free plan.
Refunds
Because your first paid plan starts with a free trial, we do not issue automatic refunds for partial billing periods after a charge has been made.
If you believe you were charged in error, or a service failure kept you from using what you paid for, email hello@yuzutap.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review it and refund where appropriate. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
