What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. When you connect a Shopify store we collect the publicly available product, review, policy, and FAQ content of that store in order to provide the service.

How we use it

We use your information to operate your account, deliver extracted store data to the AI clients you connect, process payments, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties

We rely on service providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Pinecone (vector search), OpenAI (embeddings), and Railway (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@shopconnect.ai.
