Terms of Service

The service
ShopConnect extracts publicly available content from Shopify storefronts you specify and makes it available to AI clients you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the store content you connect.
Accounts and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law, to overload or attack third-party sites, or to resell extracted data as a standalone product.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
